Developing Sales People
Most sales environments are pretty competitive and fast-paced nowadays. Do sales people therefore need new tricks and techniques that they’ve never heard of before, to help them win the edge over the competitors? Not really. I’ve found that the reason most sales people aren’t as successful as they could be, is because they have either forgotten, or never learnt, to adopt successful habits. I don’t believe in making clones of sales people, but I do believe in providing them with simple skills and habits that will work for each of them, in their market place, in their own way.
