I’ll identify exactly which leadership qualities will make the difference to your business. I’ll find potential internal and external mentors that will work for and with you. I’ll recommend how to integrate your developmental goals into any existing appraisal process. I’ll explore how you can best utilise your internal resources as part of your leadership development programme. I’ll put together a varied programme of activities and projects to stretch your potential leaders in new directions. I’ll ensure a regular review and feedback process is part of the programme, to keep individuals motivated and on track.
